the most moodless (is there such word?!) v day i've ever had so far... (okie, beside b4 cedar times).. but still, got 2 rocher... from tt auditor who juz came.. & sitting right beside me!! argh. too bad cos im sittin away from my department.
hmm, but steven left today. (his 1yr contract finally ended) wonder if i'l get to use his seat then.. then i wun b e outcast of factoring ops le.. away out there, in e no-man's island. only a mAn & a male (not for long??)

most people would have put e title as "campus superstar LIVE" or titles as likes. well, that was what made me appreciate my dad more.. & somewhat e content of this entry. but i shall dedicate half of this entry to my dad as well. cos if not for him, i doubt i can post this entry anw.

beside my dad, im oso grateful for dolly & her fren (i forgot her name. only rmb her as 'vampire gal' :P) her fren's fren is yu yang's cousin, so got tix for e recording. but i was there to support adriano actually! hAhAz.. actually i tink i've liked him in e 1st place. but i mistook yin wei as him in e end.. hAhAz... anyways, wells, i like those kinda nerdy nerdy looks one lah.. thou tt two contestants are xiao di di & thus, i'd rather find my cup of tea elsewhere =p

all in all, recording was okay lah. thou i actually prefer to listen at home. cos sound system there not as nice, on top of e shoutings & background noises. & e lightings on stage were so sorching it's hard to see e contestants directly. so can imagine, going there to see e contestants thru e screen?? wad's e point rite?

but so sad. adriano got voted off! yucks! =(

oohh.. oso got their autographs. quite funny cos i handed dolly's fren e paper, den yu yang jumped down to our seat row (we sat @ 1st floor, last row) hAhAz.. so shun bian ask him sign lor. (act i only wanted to get adriano's) in e end, we got all three!! even had our names written by them!! $1 (yi yuan ;)) was so auto lah! cos yu yang & adriano had alr signed on our papers with our names written, then $1 juz did tt too! hA... quite nice. i tink tt's e gd thing abt campus contestants. because they are still young, they are more approachable... somehow, i think those mature competitors wun b so nice to their 'fans' or those tt were there juz 4 fun (me!)

nxt part of my post, im gonna dedicate to my dad, & people i have always took for granted.
because i only got off from work @ 6.30pm, i was very worried of being unable to reach mediacorp by 7.30pm from tampines. didnt really dare to ask my dad for e lift cos it was smth not v impt anw & i reali dun wanna trouble him. but he was so nice to offer to fetch me! really caught me by surprise, at the same time, very touched. it was something not very compulsory, in fact, it was juz something for my own personal pleasure, but dad was so willing to sacrifise his time to rest to get me there in time.. i was wonder, how many of us are like this. only when we need help from people, we would think of their good side. but after the favour is done, our memory is once again cleared. pretty sad huh? being taken for granted. ay, sometimes i really hope to treat people around me better. but, it is, after all, easily said than done, isnt it?

working lifestyle

Have been working for a week now. Maybe i shld update about the job, thou only the job scope since bank stuff is so complicated & related to personal details of our clients (it involve the laws!)
But in short, my department deals with companies (our clients) that require prepayment using their invoices from their customers (our debtors/buyers). But what i do is only to print letters, sort out report, arrange letters/schedules/Advice of payment/cash receipts/reminders. Quite mundane cos it's the same thing, same cycle EVERYDAY!! gosh. But the stuff quite complicated lor.. =( nvm.. i shall jia you!

then the tour agency (amoy st) is pure data-entry. Quite slack though my eyes v tiring cos i have to stare at the comp for FULL FOUR hours (9am-1pm) sigh. Only completed records of 13 hotels/resorts/inns. Shall target to complete one in 15min tmr :)

tampines cpf building is quite far actually. but i wonder why i always think our house is near it... hAhAz.. but transport fees is so high nowadays! taking mrt is super expensive lor.. so i'd rather take e bus thou it takes longer...
nvm. i get to pass by e prison school! hAhAz...
the reason why i got so excited is cos along that road, there is not only bus 228 passing through, there's also bus 22, 8, 87!
All wells. Those who know me well enough would know what all these means!! =)

Shopping Spree!

1st time in my life i spent $120 in a single day ALL on clothing. Quite a shiok feeling, to speak the truth. hahaha... bought 5 tops & 2 bottoms. Come to think about it, i've gotten a great deal. All the clothes i bought were on discount. One was even on 60% discount! & cos i bought 2 pc in tt shop, i got an additional 20%!! tt's like 80% off the original price! good bargain eh? ;)

learnt the trick about buying clothes now. Always wait after xmas or cny to buy. (if not tt urgent lah. stuff u gonna wear at the parties & house-visitings obviously have to be bought before the events..) Anw, the so-called "xmas sale" & "cny sale" are after xmas or during/after cny.

Maybe i shld talk about why am i buying clothes. Cos if u noe me well enough, i dun usually buy clothes, especially not in a bulk!
The reason why i got so many clothes at one go is cos.. I'm gonna start working!! =)
2 jobS in fact. One at Standart Chartered (SME Banking), one at the tour agency my cousin is working at. Actually i asked my cousin during cny if her company hiring ppl. Then on wed, i got replied about my SCB job & i agreed le. But cos SCB only operate mon-fri, i've got my weekends free. So when shimin called yst, i told her that i could work on sat/sun ONLY.
& her boss agreed! Miracle! hAhAz..
yea.. lookin forward for my jobs... Cos it's my 1st office admin jobS =pPp
